I have a Toyota Corolla and it has served me well while I was working and in retirement. My car continues to run well. I keep up with maintenance since buying a new car now is expensive. I thank Adams Autoworx for providing courteous service from the initial call in to the final pick up after service. I have taken my car to Adams since they opened in Albany.

6 weeks ago I had my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 thermostat replaced after overheating one time they charged me $750 today I brought it in there cuz now it's showing signs of a blown head gasket and they just don't really seem to give a damn trying to turn the tables on me like I did something wrong. I read their reviews and they're all five star no business has all five star reviews that's b******* they're so full of s*** and don't give a damn some people actually have to work for a living I'm looking at a potential $5,000 job it's a new vehicle. No concern whatsoever. Then after I posted my review about their 750 thermostat job the owner contact me said they had no record of my truck wanted me to remove the post.$700 for a thermostat for a $40 thermostat and now I'm looking at a blown head gasket it's a new vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them or any other mechanic I've met here in Albany especially Albany tire I took it to them a few minutes ago sees them upset about my truck has no concern for me or my truck has to check the schedule. Is anyone ever heard the term the customers always right you don't have to give a damn just act like you give a damn.
