Made an appointment online to have the air conditioner in our VW Golf looked at and fixed if needed. Ronnie was very friendly and efficient. He told me what the technician would do, how much it would cost, and the car was ready for pick up when he said it would be. The aircon is working great again. We also got a full inspection report with photos to document issues that we should get fixed on the car. No pressure to get that done now, but we liked the extra step so that we know what to expect. When I picked up the car, I also got an estimate for the future repairs, divided into clear separate sections with parts and labor clearly split up. No pressure to make appointments for future repairs - very much appreciated.

Friendly personnel, starter was fixed quickly

I stopped to inquire if my car’s passenger side headlight which was not working be looked at to determine if a new bulb was needed. Melissa took care of checking for inventory and indeed a bulb was there on site. I left within a short period of time and very satisfied with the service and cost. Thank you

The AC was not working. Adams explained the process of determining the cause, the cost and when I would hear the results. I received a call a few hours later that the car was ready and the AC was working. Great service!
