Adams Autoworx was great and Ronnie was very helpful! I brought my car in because my check engine light came on, but my car seemed to be running fine. I scanned the error code myself before taking it in, and it was a potential serve issue. Ronnie and the mechanics checked the engine thoroughly, but they couldn’t find a source of the issue, so they took it for a test drive to read the live data. Everything came by normal and functioning properly, so they cleared the code and my check engine light has stayed off. I appreciate that they kept everything above board, didn’t try to sell my something I didn’t need, and gave me the peace of mind that my car is safe to drive!

Adams Autoworx was new to me. I brought my 2019 Mazda 3 to them for its 10K service. I was concerned because you don't know the quality of a new shop's work until you experience them. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the shop, their service desk and the professionalism of their service manager, Ronnie Lewis. It helps if you know someone at the shop and I remembered Ronnie from Goodyear tire service shop in Albany. Everything from Ronnie's friendly greeting, his phone call to discuss recommended additional service needs and phone call to say the work is complete all were handled professionally and efficiently. In addition, they sent me an email that included the details of their inspections and servicing needs which act as a detailed reminder of the work completed. We added replacement of the cabin air filter which they had in their parts department. Having this speciality replacement part came as a total surprise since most shops don't carry this part and has to be ordered from Mazda. Ronnie along with two technicians run the shop. It's not a big shop but it appears capable of handling all service needs and most repairs. Now I know them and I liked how they treated me. I'll be back for sure

I came in for an alignment, but when I told the Service manager the reason I wanted it was because of Steering wheel vibration he suspected warped rotors. He gave me an amazing deal for a diagnostic and determined that it was indeed warped rotors and bad front brakes causing my main concern. The price for repair was fantastic and the service was even better! They also had the cheapest prices in the area. Highly recommend them!

I came in with no appointment. I had a bolt embedded in my tire that was leaking, from out of town . Upon my arrival my issue was promptly addressed and a Work order was established, repairs were completed and I was on my way. Kudos to your shop and polite attentive employees.
