Ronnie and the team were a huge help! Ronnie advised that the shop was very busy and may not be able to check and replace a bad wheel bearing. When he took a look at my car, he noticed the sticker from my last oil change and offered to schedule my car for an oil change and notate the wheel bearing issue for the technician to check as part of the multipoint inspection rather than just charge me a more expensive diagnostic. They were able to get my car back to me at the end of the day in spite of how busy they were. The techs created a list of deferred maintenance needed, and Ronnie gave me a gift card to help out with my laundry list of maintenance. People and companies that provide great customer service and are willing to work with those of us on a budget are worth going back to and worth writing our first online reviews for. Ronnie is the best! I brought him my 2017 Nissan Versa with various problems, both large and small, and he got them all fixed in rapid order, including some for which there was no charge. He also found other things that needed doing, which he did. The total price was very reasonable. I wont take my car anywhere else for services and repairs and I give him my highest recommendation.
