I took my 2002 MB to the shop for a hose replacement. There was a glitch, however, Ronnie was a gentleman and addressed the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated. I will be returning soon for more repairs.

This is a very convenient place for us, and they provide professional and friendly service.

Car has definitely been running better since I took it in for maintenance and repair. The work done seems pretty thorough as I haven't noticed any of the old issues pop up. On the pricier side but the work seems worth it so far.

I had to get a catalytic converter installed. Since it was stolen, I was not happy to deal with this situation. Fortunately, my insurance and Adams made the problems easy to solve. Thank you to Adams for quickly finding the parts (shield included that was not part of the insurance) and installing the new converter within 3 days.

Took car in for weak battery and they recommended replacement. Paid 500.00 for new battery but car won't start. They then said it's the starter. I paid 987.00 for starter and car still won't start. Now after paying 1500.00 dollars, they said take to dealership. Bad service and wrong diagnostic methods. Consumer shouldn't have to pay for wrong assessment.

Great service, thorough, and knowledgeable! Kept me updated about my repairs, provided photos and answered my questions. Even better, this was a repair that included rodent damage where the critter left a giant, rather disproportionate turd under the hood. So that’s funny. Genuinely funny! Even for me when it’s my car. They kept a straight face and were super professional, while I’m over here snickering like a middle-schooler. Thank you! Recommend!

Everyone was super warm and friendly -- they got the work done really quickly, provided timely updates and phone calls, and provided really extensive detail about the work that needed to be done. Will definitely be back for all my car maintenance!
