This place up charged me. I’m not from America and don’t communicate well. After the thousands of dollars were charged, I checked the parts on my car and they all were the cheapest you can get. I’m horrified. I drive a nice Audi. I can’t believe it. Never going back. I do not recommend.

I was looking for another shop but went to Adams because somehow the website popped up on my computer. I was lucky that Ronnie was able to take the car in right away. I was impressed by the email detailing the condition of my car. Several communications from Bill were appreciated. Service on the car was thorough and professional. Customer service is excellent. I am very happy with Adams and will go there again.

My car air conditioner went out so I did an online search and found that this repair shop was conveniently located near my house. I called and spoke with Ronnie, made an appointment took my car in and the entire experience was flawless. I will be back and will refer to all my friends as well.

Everything was done as promised, when promised. The service was excellent, thorough and using text updates with photos etc. The treatment I received was respectful but warm and without any sexist condescension. Ronnie and Tenzien were fantastic. Overall a truly 5 -star experience.
