Ronnie is THE BEST. And his guys are quality too. I feel so taken care of when I walk in. They listen to everything I know to help diagnose what’s wrong. They’ve taken me into the shop to point out and explain things they find. Repairs are done in a timely manner and taking into consideration my life and travel schedule. Their prices are fair and they’re never trying to make me pay for more than what I need, but they ensure that what I’m driving is safe. They’ve even taken taken the effort to drive around the block with me so they can hear this or that squeak or knocking in the car to identify what’s wrong. A kind, honest and knowledgeable team. I received wonderful service at Adams Autoworx for maintenance on my 10 year old Toyota. Manager Ronnie was so helpful, and really listened to my concerns about the car and what needed to be fixed. I was really impressed with the detailed digital estimate and pictures of what was wrong. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and prices were fair. I am very happy that I discovered them in Albany. I highly recommend Autoworx and plan on getting my other cars serviced with them in the future.

The rear trunk lid lock service I received for my 2014 VW Beetle was done very quickly and at a savings for other estimates I had received. Ronnie, the service desk manager was very professional in his demeanor in writing up my service order. I will consider them for future service for my Beetle and they are approved by my AAA Insurance Company

I liked being sent a link where I was able to see a checklist of what was looked at on my car and what checked out okay and what issues needed to be worked on. It was also nice to see photos of areas of wear and leaks.
