Great and professional technician

Ronnie took my car in ASAP and was able to diagnose the problem before the shop would be closed a whole week for the holidays. I was in a rental and concerned about having more cost by keeping the rental and additional week. Ronnie got a response to me on the status of my car about 24 hours later, and I was able to make an informed choice on how to move forward. Ronnie also remembered me from my last service visit which is very valuable these days. I am not always an easy customer and he has been patient and kind. Thank you Ronnie for all that you do! I appreciate you all that you’ve done to help me over the years!

Their prices are fair and they’re never trying to make me pay for more than what I need, but they ensure that what I’m driving is safe. They’ve even taken taken the effort to drive around the block with me so they can hear this or that squeak or knocking in the car to identify what’s wrong. A kind, honest and knowledgeable team.
