This was our first time at Adams received great service from the service manager Ronnie Lewis. He was knowledgeable, experienced and personal. He listened to our concerns, wrote down what the problem was, said he would contact shortly and followed through with an email and call detailing what he discovered. It was great service!

This was my first time in the shop. My service was good, communication was good and I will be returning in the future.

Ronnie could be a private investigator! He used his sleuth skills to solve the puzzle of my car not starting (hint: it wasn't the starter). He researched and found the part needed at a better price than the list price, whew! Ronnie juggles a lot of responsibilities and has that unusual combination of skills - relating and communicating effectively and being a great mechanic. I'm impressed by his desire to help and to lessen the sting of getting major and unexpected repair work. I think I got a fair price for the amount of time and effort that was put into fixing my car. I'll be back. Thank you! P.S. Ronnie could use an assistant to help with the front desk so he's not so bogged down by juggling phone calls, paper work and customer questions.
