Ronnie and the staff of Adams Autoworx go out of their way to make the whole experience transparent, straight forward, and as easy as possible. From their clear initial diagnostic with photos and levels of urgency via text and/or email, I really appreciate knowing the whole picture before signing off on any work. They stick to your budget and give you honest advice for what's needed and when. I know take both of my cars there (Prius and Honda van) and I am a satisfied customer. I have been searching for a shop that I could trust to work on my Lexus for a lower price than the Lexus service center. Found it, well, so far so good. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there is wifi access. So I was able to work while waiting. The guy who helped me was thorough and I appreciated that he showed me exactly what was going on under the hood by inviting me to take a look while it was up on the rack. That builds trust and I value that. I'll be going back to have some more work done.
