I brought in older car with suspension issues. They honored an outdated coupon for new tires. Gave me excellent service and worked with me to prioritize issues based on my budget. Returned car to me a day faster than expected. Fast and friendly and local to me. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Hello, I was experiencing some inconsistency with my vehicle's operation while driving it. I contacted Mr. Ronnie Lewis, Service Advisor for Adams Autoworx, Albany Auto Service and he scheduled an appointment. After bringing my vehicle in, I was informed of the recommended services to be performed and the next steps to determine if there was any issues related to the inconsistency I cited. I left my vehicle and when I returned later that same day, I am pleased to report, the work performed was done timely, there was not any issues other than the work performed and once again, I am pleased with the service results. Mr. Lewis, was professional providing me with the report of the work completed. Thank you, Satisfied and supportive customer

My vehicle has been there before. I was a new customer. I unfortunately came significantly late to my drop off appointment. I was prepared for them to keep my vehicle overnight due to my tardiness. They still got the job done the same day all the way down to the last minute before closing. They sent a Lyft to pick me up and I was quickly put back on the road. They helped me prioritize up coming maintenance to be sentivie towards my pocket book. What was really satisfying I gave them a limit of spending and they still saved me $125. Ronnie is very nice and helpful. I will continue to contact them for all my needs for my vehicle. Thank you 😊

I just received my first ever plastic junk mail. Karmakanix was a Berkeley based business, and apparently Adams Autoworx is in Albany, but your marketing team must not be from around here. There's no reason this needed to be made of plastic. Please don't do this again!
