Albany Auto Repair

My car broke down on the Bay Bridge just as Auto Shop was closing. They left the chain off so tow truck could deposit it in their lot. Service was good, they were very fast to work on it and get it return to me ASAP. I was confortable with the timing. It was expensive but that is proabaly what the $$ would have been else where. Friendly service and kept me informed of all changes. Ronnie was very good to me.

Highly personalized service. Exceptionally clean office, lounge and service bay. They took my vehicle in right away. I was back om the road in no time after the place down the way asked me to come back later in the afternoon. I'll be returning to Adam's Autoworx Albany for all my tire needs!!!

Everyone is so kind and helpful. I do not know much about maintaining cars and Ronnie is always open to explain things to me. I trust everyone there, especially Ronnie, he is great person.

they do good work.... but they enjoy taking advantage of people. $1,000 for labor to replace brake rotors, pads. a job that maybe takes 2-3 hours maybe 4 at the max. $1,000 labor for less than half a days work. if you enjoy feeling extremely ripped off bring your car here 😄.

Thanks for another great repair! The re-built transmission in my Ford Expedition works great so far and as always I'm very impressed with the quality of the work, the friendliness of the staff, especially Ronnie Lewis, and the overall care taken by Adams Autoworx in Albany. I'm glad I finally found a reliable and trustworthy shop for my vehicles. I will definitely come back whenever I have a new problem with my cars.

I paid $750 to have my thermostat replaced. That's ridiculous. I was contacted by the Owner , he asked to remove this posting. In his defense my did not cost $750. It was actually $747.59.For a thermostat. Still ridiculous.
